    • Weekday (Monday-Thursday): $150/hour — 4-Hour minimum ($600 minimum total)

    • Half Day: $1000 (up to 5 hrs)

    • Full Day: $1800 (up to 10 hrs.)

    Saturday

    • Half Day: $1250 (up to 5 hrs)

    • Full Day: $2000 (up to 10 hrs.)

    Sunday

    • Half Day: $800 (up to 5 hrs.)

    • Full Day: $1600 (up to 10 hrs.)

    Set up and breakdown time is included within your booked window. Events exceeding the booked window are charged at $150/hour.

  • Yes. For productions, pop-ups, retreats, or any activation spanning two or more consecutive days, we offer custom multi-day pricing. Rates are based on the days of the week, duration, and nature of your event.

  • A 50% non-refundable booking deposits required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

  • Clients are welcome to bring their own licensed caterer. All outside caterers must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and proof of licensure prior to your event date. Looking for recommendation? Our in-house culinary partner, Virginia & Co., is available for full-service catering. Inquire about availability when you submit your booking request.

  • Yes, alcohol is permitted at private events held at The Parlour on Parrish. All alcohol service must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender or catering company. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper permits are in place for their event.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
